Huansheng has 2 industrial laboratories and 6 experimental platforms. The laboratory's R&D staff includes more than 30 R&D professionals with master's degrees and doctoral degrees, 

the company's own industrial product R&D engineers, 2 professors and doctoral supervisors, 4 master's students, 9 power electronics undergraduates, and several industry senior personnel.
